In Jyotish, upaya (Sanskrit for “means, way”) refers to traditional practices recommended in relation to an individual’s chart and circumstances. They include mantras, charity and good deeds, fasting, devotional practice and pujas. Upayas are part of a spiritual practice: they do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not promise any particular outcome. In a consultation I recommend upayas that suit your chart and your daily life.
